General Membership Meetings
The HPPOA Board of Directors are pleased to announce that we are moving forward with the October 31,2021 General Membership Meeting starting at 3pm Sunday.
The following conditions WILL be met in order to attend and vote.
1) Physical proof of completed vaccination
2) One member only to represent lot ownership
3) Masks to be worn properly at ALL times
4) Social distancing required at ALL times
5) Total of 50 qualified members ONLY per Covid guidelines
6) Check-in starts at 2pm and will remain open up until 3pm or when
attendance requirements have been met
7) No moving of chairs that are already placed in accordance with Covid guidelines
8) No Outbursts, Disruptions or Excessive talking while Meeting is called to Order
or you will be removed along with your vote
We as a community need to be able to listen, observe and obey the rules in order
to resolve issues in a positive manner moving ahead for the best of the community.
Looking forward to getting some normalcy back due to this current pandemic
The Hawaiian Paradise Park Owners’ Association General Membership Meetings are held on the last Sunday of February, June & October at 3pm in the HPP Activity Center.
