DISTRICT 3 & DISTRICT 6 BOARD OF DIRECTOR VACANCIES!!
There are now vacancies open for the District 3 and District 6 Board of Directors positions. The Board of Directors will accept applications for the open seat until Friday, July 10th, 2026 at 4pm. Applications can be found on the website or at the office.
Applicants must be in good standing and do not have to reside in District 3 or 6. The Board will appoint a new director at the July 15th, 2026 Board of Director’s meeting. If you apply, it is necessary that you attend that BOD meeting.
Both Districts (3 & 6) terms expire on June 30, 2027.
Director duties and responsibilities can be found in the Bylaws Article VIII.
Regular board meetings are held on the 3rd Wednesday of every month at 6:00pm in the Activity Center to review and decide on the needs of the community, personnel, roadways, fiscal budget and concerns of its owners. For more information please review the corporate bylaws.

To be an eligible candidate you must be a lot owner in HPP – in good standing. Successful candidates must be willing and able to attend monthly board meetings. Directors serve without compensation.
